Great op-ed today in The Boston Globe by a PR firm owner about the vast need and important uses for Public Relations. As Mark O’Toole wrote in today’s op-ed, some keypoints he mentions are how important search is, how design matters (to attract traffic), and as he wisely notes “We’ve always been content marketers.”
